For Series A & B B2B SaaS founders

Your investors want pipeline.
You don't have an outbound engine.

Pipeline math first, then signal-based outreach with personalization that gets read. ARR target → meetings → leads → infrastructure. First campaigns live in 14 days.

You own the domains, mailboxes, Clay account, and IP. Always.

If any of this sounds familiar:

You're the best SDR at your own company.

Every meeting on your calendar is one you booked yourself. You wrote the cold email, found the lead, sent the LinkedIn message. You can't keep doing this and ship product at the same time.

You hired an SDR. They burned $80K and 6 months. You're back to square one.

Most SDRs don't have the seniority to figure out outbound from scratch. They need a system, copy, infrastructure, and a manager. Without all four, they churn.

You bought Apollo. Sent 5,000 emails. Your domain is now flagged.

Cold outbound at scale isn't "send more emails." It's deliverability infrastructure (mailboxes, domains, warm-up), ICP scoring, copy that gets replies, and orchestration across channels. One missing piece = whole engine fails.

30-day build + ongoing operations.

A single 30-day sprint to take you from no outbound (or broken outbound) to a working system tied to your funding milestone, followed by ongoing campaign management.

Research & Pipeline Math

ICP scoring framework. Funding milestone back-engineered into meetings/quarter, leads/week, and infrastructure required. Vertical-specific playbook for your space.

Week 2

First sequences live across LinkedIn + email. Infrastructure deployed (mailboxes, domains, sender accounts, deliverability). CRM integration. Reporting dashboard live.

Weeks 3–4 + Ongoing

Optimize

A/B testing, copy iteration, list refresh, infra health monitoring, monthly reports tied back to your ARR math.

Investment

$4,000–$8,000/month

3-month minimum. Build included in first month. Range depends on number of campaigns, verticals, and sender accounts.

You own everything. Domains, mailboxes, Clay account, sender accounts, copy, IP. If we ever stop working together, you keep the entire system.

About me.

I'm Martin Sacchi, GTM Engineer for AI-native B2B SaaS.

I've spent the last year running outbound campaigns across 4 verticals (legaltech, fintech, insurtech, sustainability) at a US GTM agency.

Before that, I founded Contigo, an AI agent for real estate that qualified leads via WhatsApp and matched buyers with property listings. Built end-to-end across product, engineering, and GTM.

My background is institutional finance ($400M+ AUM at an institutional asset manager) and an MBA from IE Business School (top 10% of class; IE ranks among the top 10 globally for entrepreneurship). I think about outbound the way investors think about ARR growth, back-engineered from the next milestone, not "let's send more emails."

Want to see if this fits?

In 30 minutes we'll back-engineer the math from your next funding round, scope the system you'd need, and I'll tell you honestly whether outbound is the right channel for you right now, sometimes it's not.
